As the founder of JPA Atelier Skin Care, Phyllis is a dedicated skincare professional and Master Esthetician with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her background includes more than 17 years with Ulta Beauty, along with experience as a beauty college instructor teaching both esthetics and nail care. Phyllis is a Certified Dermalogica Expert and has held Master Esthetician licenses in Virginia and Washington, DC. Phyllis is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized treatments and expert care. Her approach blends advanced techniques with a genuine commitment to each client’s confidence and well-being.
